Your Sunscreen Was Never Going to Undo the Baby Oil
A skin researcher explains the “sun debt” - why SPF is a spending freeze and not a payment, and what has been quietly burning through your collagen every single day since.
You wear it now.
Every morning, all year round, in winter, on cloudy days, for a twenty-minute trip to the shops. You got religious about it somewhere around forty and you have been faultless ever since. You are, genuinely, doing the single most important preventive thing a person can do for their skin.
And the spots keep arriving anyway.
Here’s what nobody told you.
Sunscreen prevents. It does not repair. Those are two completely different products, and you were only ever sold one of them.
Every bottle of SPF you have ever bought works exclusively on damage that hasn’t happened yet. Not one of them has ever gone back and dealt with a single afternoon on the towel, with the foil reflector and the bottle of oil, in a decade when nobody had told us any better.
It isn’t that you started too late.
It isn’t that your SPF wasn’t high enough.
It isn’t that you keep missing a spot.
You froze the card. Nobody ever made a payment.
The Spots That Keep Arriving Anyway
You can date it, can't you. There was a summer, or a run of them.
“My skin is so bad. I used to tan a lot. Now I’m as spotted as a leopard.”
“I used to tan. Now I spot tan!”
“My hands are destroyed by past sun exposure.”
And the specific, quiet regret underneath all of it:
“I got a lot of sunburns on my face growing up - I’m a fair-skinned redhead - and I have some wrinkles and discoloration around my eyes as a result.”
“In fact, I should have worn actual sunblock thick enough to bury quarters.”
Here is the part that should have bothered you more than it did: you corrected the behaviour fifteen years ago and the picture has kept getting worse anyway.
More spots. Not fewer. Thinner skin on the backs of the hands. Deeper lines at the eye. All of it arriving after you started doing everything right - which is the specific detail that tells you something is still running.
Everything You’ve Tried - and Why the Balance Never Moved
1 Sunscreen - and let’s be extremely clear about this one
Keep wearing it. Every day. Forever. Nothing in this article is an argument against SPF and anyone who tells you otherwise is dangerous. Your peers are right, and loudly so:
“Part of me is thinking he didn’t mention sunscreen because at this point… it’s like leaving the house without ID or keys or panties. Just DON’T!!!”
SPF is the single most valuable preventive thing you can do for your face. It is also, definitionally, a shield at the gate. It intercepts photons before they land. It has never claimed to repair anything, and if you read the back of the bottle, it never actually did claim it - the claim got made in your head, by implication, in an aisle labelled “anti-aging.”
2 Vitamin C serum
And here you were on exactly the right track - an antioxidant is genuinely the right category of answer. The trouble is practical rather than theoretical. L-ascorbic acid is famously unstable, oxidising in its own bottle and turning brown before you’ve finished it, and for an enormous share of women over forty it is simply unwearable:
“Vitamin C always peeled my skin like a snake.”
“I cannot use Vitamin C or Retinol - my skin is too sensitive and reacts to both of those.”
So the one antioxidant the whole category points you toward is the one a large fraction of you physically cannot wear. Note that, because it matters later.
3 Dark-spot correctors & brightening creams
These go after the pigment. Which is a symptom - the visible mark left where the damage landed. Fading the mark is a cosmetic win and a real one, but the process that produced the mark is upstream of it and entirely untouched. Scrubbing the scorch mark off the wall is not the same as putting the fire out.
4 IPL & laser
Genuinely effective, and the women who’ve had it are not exaggerating:
“IPL makes the hyperpigmented spots on my skin get really dark then FALL OFF! It’s wild! Highly recommend.”
It removes what is already visible - which is more than any cream on this list does. But it’s episodic, expensive, and it happens once or twice a year. The free-radical activity chewing on your collagen happens every day between appointments, which is why the spots come back and the appointments never stop.
5 Retinol - the one that rebuilds, and its blind spot
Retinol genuinely does reach the deep layer and genuinely does restart collagen production. Which is why it’s the gold standard, and why it’s on this shelf.
But for this specific problem it has two holes in it, and almost nobody says the first one out loud: retinol has no antioxidant capacity of its own. None. It rebuilds the wall while the fire carries on burning. And then there’s the second hole:
“My skin normally isn’t sensitive, but afterward I wasn’t able to put anything on my face - not even water.”
Plus the detail that makes it awkward for a sun-damage story specifically: retinol increases photosensitivity, so it’s a night-only active. The molecule you were given for sun damage is the one you’re told to keep away from daylight.
Four of them guard the gate or scrub the paintwork. The fifth rebuilds, but carries no water to throw on the fire - and burns you on the way past.
Prevention Was Never a Payment
Here is what UV actually does, and it is not what most people picture.
A photon lands and does not simply “make a spot.” It sets off free radicals - unstable, reactive molecules - inside your skin. Those radicals do two jobs, and it’s the second one that ages you.
- They damage directly. Chewing through the lipids and proteins in the cell - the process a chemist would call peroxidation, and the rest of us would call rust.
- They switch on the demolition crew. Free-radical activity upregulates a family of enzymes - MMP-1 (collagenase), MMP-3, and MMP-12 (elastase) - whose entire function is cutting collagen and elastin apart.
Now the part that reorganises everything.
Neither of those switches off when you come inside. Neither of them knows what year it is.
Free-radical activity in your skin is fed every day, whether you sunbathe or not - by daylight through a car window, by pollution, by ordinary metabolism. So the cascade that your twenties set spinning has never had a reason to stop, and every day it keeps taking collagen out faster than a quieter, older set of cells is putting it back.
The card you froze
Think of every unprotected summer as spending on a credit card.
In your twenties you spent freely and the statement never arrived, which felt exactly like getting away with it. Then somewhere around forty you did the responsible, correct, genuinely wise thing: you froze the card. That is your SPF, and freezing the card is the right move - the balance stops growing.
But a spending freeze has never once reduced a balance. And the interest kept compounding the entire time, quietly, every day, for the last fifteen years.
Which is exactly why more spots arrived after you got responsible - and why you privately concluded you must have left it too late.
You Weren’t Late. You Were Handed a Shield and Told It Was a Cure.
Read this slowly, because there is a real unfairness in it.
Every dermatologist, every magazine, every comment section under every skincare video told you the same true thing: SPF is the number one most important product. They were right. It is.
What almost none of them added was the second half of the sentence - and it will do nothing whatsoever about what is already in there. Half the information, delivered with total confidence, in a category where the missing half was the half you needed.
So you did the right thing for fifteen years, watched the damage keep surfacing anyway, and drew the only conclusion available to you: this is what my face is now.
You didn’t leave it too late. You were sold prevention and allowed to believe you had bought repair.
Who’s To Blame?
There are two enemies here. Once you can see them, you’ll never shop the same way again.
The interest
Not the sun. The sun stopped being your problem the day you started wearing SPF properly. Your problem is the ongoing oxidative activity in your skin and the MMP cascade it keeps feeding - a slow burn that was lit decades ago, has never been put out, and takes a little more collagen every single day, indoors and out, summer and winter.
That is the sun debt. Not the damage you can see - the interest still accruing on it.
The industry that found prevention easier to sell
And a category that made a very comfortable commercial discovery: prevention is the easiest claim in skincare.
You can promise to stop something that hasn’t happened yet, and nobody can ever prove you failed. Repair is the opposite - it means before-and-afters, blinded graders, twelve-week trials and a number you have to publish. One of those costs a marketing budget. The other costs a research budget.
So the whole aisle quietly reorganised itself around the cheaper claim, and an entire generation of women learned to be extremely diligent about tomorrow while nobody at all was working on yesterday.
You were never careless. You were the most responsible customer in the shop - in an aisle that only stocked half the answer.
“So What Do I Actually Do?”
So here’s the question, and notice it now has three parts rather than one. Is there something that will neutralise the free-radical activity still running, halt the enzymes it switched on, and rebuild what has already been taken - without being one more thing your skin can’t tolerate, and without having to come off before the sun comes up?
Vitamin C does the first job and half of you can’t wear it. Retinol does the third job and does none of the first. Nothing on the shelf has ever done all three.
The Molecule That Does All Three Jobs
There is a plant molecule called bakuchiol.
Bakuchiol is derived from the babchi or bakuchi plant found in parts of north-east tropical Africa and subtropical Asia at the border of India, China & Africa.
Scientifically known as the Cullen corylifolium, this plant has been used in traditional Chinese & Indian medicine for thousands of years.
Some recent studies suggest that the plant may have cancer fighting & bone loss prevention properties however more research is required.
Structurally, bakuchiol is a phenolic terpene - and that word is the whole reason this article exists. Phenolic compounds are, by their chemistry, radical scavengers. Which means bakuchiol arrives already carrying the thing retinol does not have.
Job one: put the fire out
Bakuchiol scavenges DPPH, peroxy and glutathionyl radicals, and blocks lipid and protein peroxidation - the exact rusting process the sun debt has been running in your skin since the 1990s.
This is antioxidant activity that retinol lacks entirely. Not “less of.” Lacks. Entirely.
Job two: stop the demolition
It inhibits MMP-1 (collagenase), MMP-3 and MMP-12 (elastase) - the enzymes the free radicals switched on, still cutting collagen and elastin apart today.
Job three: rebuild what’s gone
And it upregulates types I, III and IV collagen and the elastin gene at the fibroblast - your own cells producing your own scaffold. Gene-level upregulation, not a filler faking plumpness for six hours.
Neutralise, halt, rebuild. That is the first time all three have sat in one molecule, and it is the exact shape of the problem.
Two more details that matter enormously for this specific angle:
- It doesn’t flip the RAR-β and RAR-γ receptors - the exact receptors tied to retinoid irritation. So it isn’t another vitamin C or retinol your face has to survive.
- It doesn’t make your skin sun-sensitive, so unlike retinol it can be worn in the morning - underneath your sunscreen. Prevention on top, repair underneath, at the same time, every day. (Still wear the SPF. Always wear the SPF.)
Why Most Bakuchiol Solutions On The Market Fall Short
“But I’ve heard of bakuchiol - it’s not new, and it did nothing for me”
You’d be half right. The molecule isn’t a secret - but the serum you tried almost certainly cut a corner. Unfortunately, not all bakuchiol is created equal:
-
Wrong dosage. You’ll see all sorts of claims on the internet:
- 2% Bakuchiol
- 1.5% “High Strength” Bakuchiol
- 5% “Pure All-Natural” Bakuchiol
The vast majority of the clinical evidence used 0.5% Bakuchiol - why is everyone megadosing to anything higher than that? Makes you wonder where most companies are sourcing their bakuchiol from..
-
Wrong part of the plant: Some manufacturers extract from the wrong part of the plant entirely - such as the flower.
Did you know? Bakuchiol is extracted from the seeds, not the petals. So whether the flowers are a vibrant purple or not, it actually has nothing to do with the bakuchiol dosage or strength at all.
-
Sold as a night-only step: A real irritation. Bakuchiol is not photosensitising and belongs under your morning sunscreen as much as it belongs at night - but half the market copies retinol’s instructions out of habit and quietly halves your coverage.
-
Careless fillers: Peptides, “plumping” elixirs, and other purple gimmicks that add color and marketing copy - not results.
The Proof - the Head-to-Head, and the Numbers
In a 12-week, double-blind trial (Dhaliwal et al., British Journal of Dermatology, 2019), 0.5% bakuchiol was tested directly against 0.5% retinol. A dermatologist who didn’t know which patient used which graded every face.
Bakuchiol matched retinol on wrinkle reduction (19.0% vs 23.2% - statistically no meaningful difference). But the number that matters most to you is the pigmentation one, because pigmentation is what sun damage looks like on a face:
59% of the bakuchiol group improved on pigmentation, versus 44% on retinol - and the retinol group reported significantly more scaling and stinging at every single check-in.
It beat the gold standard at the exact job you came here for, and it did it without the fire.
Why It Reaches What SPF Can’t - The Mechanism
This is the part that turns “nice claim” into settled fact. When researchers profiled what each molecule switched on inside skin cells, bakuchiol upregulated the same collagen and extracellular-matrix genes retinol does - while leaving the RAR-β and RAR-γ receptors alone (Chaudhuri & Bojanowski, 2014), which are the receptors implicated in retinoid irritation.
Stack that on the antioxidant chemistry and you have something SPF structurally cannot be and retinol structurally is not: a molecule that works on the damage already in the building, rather than on the door.
Two things there matter enormously.
First, this is your skin rebuilding its own collagen - gene-level “upregulation,” the switch flipping back on - not a filler faking plumpness for six hours.
Second, the results climb: more at week 8, most at week 12. It builds and stays, rather than vanishing the day you stop.
The Evidence
It's almost too good to be true right?
But bakuchiol is not new - it's been around for centuries. The main reason why it never surfaced is mainly due to technology simply was not good enough at extraction of the molecule.
Bakuchiol itself is not phototoxic but the old, crude extraction methods meant that psoralen and angelicin, phototoxic compounds were present and caused burning and blistering.
This changed with Sytheon Sytenol® A which was able to seperate bakuchiol (the good stuff) from the psoralen and angelicin (the bad stuff). with 99% precision. This finally meant that bakuchiol was safe to use - and safe to wear in daylight, which for this problem is not a small detail.
Here are some of the studies:
This is just a fraction of the evidence, the rest you can read and find out more from the Regalia Beauty website.
The Bathroom-Shelf Test
Here’s every fix you’ve tried, and the two questions that actually matter once you know the debt is still earning interest: does it stop new damage, and does it do anything at all about the damage already running? This table isn’t hypothetical to you. It’s your bathroom shelf.
| Solution | Blocks tomorrow’s damage? | Neutralizes & rebuilds what’s already there? | Verdict |
|---|---|---|---|
| Sunscreen / SPF | Yes - brilliantly | No - not its job | Essential. Keep wearing it. A freeze, not a payment. |
| Vitamin C serum | Partly | Neutralizes - if you can wear it | Right idea, unstable and often unwearable |
| Dark-spot / brightening creams | No | No - fades the mark, not the process | Scrubbing the scorch mark |
| IPL / laser | No | Removes what’s visible, nothing upstream | Real results, on a permanent schedule |
| Retinol / tretinoin | No - and it’s night-only | Rebuilds. Zero antioxidant capacity. | Rebuilds the wall, ignores the fire |
| REGALIA | Wear it under your SPF - both, daily | Yes - neutralizes, halts the MMPs, rebuilds | The first actual payment on the balance |
So the real question was never “does this work.” The blinded research already answered that.
The real question is who built it, whether it holds up on real women’s faces, and how to get it.
The Regalia Difference
This is why I partnered with Regalia Beauty.
Regalia sources their Bakuchiol exactly from the same source that was used in the clinical trials - Sytheon Sytenol® A.
What's important here is that we are matching the clinical evidence to application:
I see 5%, 10%, "high strength" variants all over but NONE of the evidence and clinical research ever used any strength higher than 1% and in fact a majority of the trials only used 0.5%.
But I get it - in a fast paced world, everyone also expects fast paced results so "more is better" but this is simply not true - just as a higher SPF number was never going to undo a single one of those afternoons. The dose that was tested is the dose that was proven.
Introducing Regalia Beauty
Regalia's Bakuchiol Serum is a once-or-twice-daily serum built to do the half of the job your sunscreen was never designed to do - and gentle enough to sit under it every single morning.
It neutralizes the free-radical activity still running, shuts down the enzymes it switched on, and signals your skin to rebuild its own collagen (types I, III and IV), carried in a soothing, barrier-repairing system. Fragrance-free, lightweight, and - unlike retinol - completely safe to wear in the morning under your SPF.
What’s actually in the bottle
- The correct & only source - Sytheon Sytenol® A - the exact source that was used in the breakthrough clinical trials.
- Clinically-studied 0.5% bakuchiol - the exact strength used in the head-to-head trials, nothing less, nothing more. Precise.
- Pays down the balance - antioxidant activity retinol lacks entirely, neutralizing the free-radical burn that has been running since your twenties.
- Halts and rebuilds - inhibits MMP-1, MMP-3 and MMP-12 while signalling your skin to restart its own collagen (I, III & IV) and elastin.
The Barrier-Repair Matrix
Bakuchiol neutralizes and rebuilds. What repairs the barrier decades of sun already thinned out?
- Glycerin - the strongest, best-studied humectant in skincare. Decades of robust evidence for hydration, barrier repair and improved skin function - working at multiple depths, not just the surface.
- Sodium Hyaluronate - strong evidence for topical hydration and visible plumpness. Effects are largely surface-level and temporary, and depend heavily on molecular weight.
- Panthenol (pro-vitamin B5) - consistent evidence for reducing water loss, strengthening the barrier, soothing and supporting healing.
- Centella Asiatica Extract - strong clinical evidence. Madecassoside & asiaticoside support wound healing, collagen synthesis and barrier repair, with antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects. One of the best-supported botanicals in skincare.
- Allantoin - strong evidence for soothing, conditioning and promoting healing. Widely used and reasonably supported.
- Dipotassium Glycyrrhizate (licorice-derived) - strong evidence as an anti-inflammatory, soothing agent with a real mechanism with glycyrrhetinic.
- Chamomilla Recutita (Chamomile) Extract - evidence for anti-inflammatory, soothing effects via bisabolol, chamazulene.
- Calendula Officinalis Extract - traditionally used for soothing the repairing the barrier and treatment of symptoms such as radiation dermatitis.
The Combination
- A calming, barrier-repairing matrix - centella, panthenol, allantoin, licorice root, chamomile and glycerin working as one system focused on 1 thing only: restoration.
- Wearable, which is the whole point. No sting, no peeling, no oxidised-vitamin-C gamble - the antioxidant you can actually put on your face every day for twelve weeks.
- Fragrance-free. No grit, no purple residue, no piling, no pillow stains. Sinks in light and disappears.
- Goes under your sunscreen, every morning - unlike retinol, it won’t make your skin sun-sensitive, so prevention and repair finally run at the same time of day. (Still wear your SPF. Always wear your SPF.)
- For every neck, chest, hand and jawline that’s been quietly giving your age away - yes, you can use it there too.
- Plant-based & cruelty-free.
12 Weeks - Just Like The Studies
There is no magical elixir or shortcut. That being said, if you reverse-engineer the clinical evidence directly and map out the exact process that was used in the trials, you have a 12 week journey.
This is not a filler that dazzles on day one and quits by lunch. It’s a rebuild, and rebuilds are cumulative - they climb week over week.
Regalia Beauty did an excellent job with this serum with the soothing formulations such as centella asiatica extract - which matters here, because sun-thinned skin over fifty is exactly the skin that reacts to a strong vitamin C and then gives up on antioxidants entirely.
Week ~2:
The first glow. Skin looks calmer, more hydrated and plumper - surface-level changes you can see in the mirror.
Week ~8:
Texture and tone begin to even out. Roughness smooths over and dark spots start softening.
Week ~12:
The structural payoff. Skin is visibly firmer and smoother, with lines softened - this is where results peak.
Here's What Marianne, 54, Says About Her Experience With Regalia
I grew up on a beach with a bottle of oil and a foil reflector, so I have exactly the face you'd expect. Spotted as a leopard, as somebody put it, and hands that are worse than the face.
I have worn SPF religiously since about 39. Fifteen years, no exceptions, factor 50, reapplied. And more spots kept turning up anyway, which I found genuinely demoralising - I'd done the thing everybody said to do and it was still getting worse. I assumed I'd simply left it too late and this was the bill.
I'd tried vitamin C twice. Both times it peeled me like a snake and both times I binned it half-used, so I'd written the whole antioxidant idea off as not for my skin.
This one I wear in the morning, underneath the sunscreen, which was the bit that sold me - I didn't have to give up an evening step or choose between protecting and repairing. It's never stung. Not once. At about ten weeks the spots on my cheekbones had genuinely faded, not covered, faded, and my hands look less like paper. I still wear my SPF every single day. I just don't feel like I'm only ever holding the line anymore.
And This Is What Samantha, 53, Comments
I'm the woman in the comments asking “what percentage?” I've watched influencers swap endorsements the moment a sponsorship ends. I know most serums sit on the surface doing an expensive impression of moisturizer. So when Regalia Beauty kept appearing in my feed, my first reaction was: absolutely not. My deeper fear, if I'm honest, wasn't wasting the money. It was being made a fool of. Being "influenced".
What got me was that their page agreed with me. It opened by admitting most serums don't penetrate - then explained the mechanism, the concentration, and what it wouldn't do. Nobody promising me my twenties back.
So I ran my own trial. One hand, every night, 3 weeks, photos under the same bathroom light.
The hand I ran this Regalia bakuchiol serum is visibly smoother. It goes on after cleansing, before anything else, and I resent how much I like it. Not a miracle worker. Just the first product I've ever finished a bottle of on purpose.
Regalia Is On To Something Here
I will always be the first to admit when something isn't working but to be quite frank - Regalia Beauty has really impressed me. There are dozens of women who have hailed success and I honestly believe them.
The evidence is there and there really isn't much else to add. I think they've done an excellent job once again formulating a truly gentle formulation and bakuchiol, really is something else. It's a too good to be true story - that's actually true.
Nobody warned me that menopause would make my own face unfamiliar. Forty years of knowing my skin, and then estrogen left and took the instruction manual with it haha. Thinner. Drier. Crepey in places I'd never thought about. I bought every rich cream on the shelf and they all did the same trick - plumped me up like a water balloon but only for a few hours. Hydration wasn't the problem. Structure was. Nothing I owned was actually rebuilding anything, and nothing on the market seemed made for the skin I have now, as opposed to the skin the 25-year-old me had.
Then I came across Regalia's new serum.
I used it morning and night - face, neck, the backs of my hands, décolletage - with my heavier cream layered over the top because my skin likes a little richness these days. Around month three, my husband asked if I'd done something different. I told him "wouldn't you like to know!" but truthfully? - I was glad he noticed. I'd just started looking like myself again.
Look, I'm 50. My routine is sunscreen, moisturizer, and drinking enough water to water my garden. I don't do fourteen steps (but maybe I should). Every “life-changing” serum I've bought has ended up in the drawer of shame next to the jade roller, so when my sister pushed Regalia Beauty on me, my expectations were somewhere below sea level.
Here's the thing, because I know you want it. Regalia earned the one open slot in my routine for boring, practical reasons: absorbs in seconds, no film, no gunking when I layer sunscreen over it. I have a silk pillowcase and I don't feel any piling or greasiness. I use it morning and night, and I'm quite generous with the lather over my face & neck. That's it.
Results? I'm still 50. The forehead lines still show up. But my skin is genuinely smoother, less “tired tea towel,” and my daughter asked me if I had changed anything with my diet.
So it didn't transform my life but it just does its one job, every day, without drama - which, at this age, is the most romantic thing a product has ever done for me.
Everything You’ve Been Let Down By. In Writing, as a Promise.
✅The 12-Week/90-Day/3-Month Promise
What people say about other serums: “Just Hocus Pocus. Putting water on my face. Three stars because it hydrates - but sorry, I’m still 50.”
Our promise: The studies ran 12 weeks because that’s when the collagen rebuild shows on the surface. So give Regalia the same 12 weeks. If your skin isn’t visibly firmer, smoother and calmer, we’ll refund every cent - bottle empty or not. One bottle was never the test, so we make it easy to run the whole course.
✅The Repair, Not Just Prevent Promise
What people say about other serums: “Vitamin C always peeled my skin like a snake.” “I cannot use Vitamin C or Retinol - my skin is too sensitive and reacts to both of those.”
Our promise: Keep wearing your sunscreen - we will never tell you otherwise. This is the other half: antioxidant activity that neutralizes what is already running, MMP inhibition that stops the cutting, and a rebuild underneath. Wearable in the morning, under your SPF, without peeling, stinging or turning brown in the bottle. If it stings, it isn’t ours - send it back.
✅The Texture Promise
What people say about other serums: “A thin layer of purple slime… purple boogers on your face. Gritty, sandy. It sat so heavy on my skin.”
Our promise: No grit. No piling. No purple residue. No pillow stains. It sinks in light and disappears - that’s the whole point of a serum, and we refuse to get it wrong.
✅The Fragrance Promise
What people say about other serums: “Playdough smell. Smells like mold. Ultimately it felt like something designed for children.”
Our promise: Fragrance-free, full stop. Nothing to hold your nose for - and none of the essential-oil irritants (limonene, linalool, lavender, bergamot) that quietly flare sensitive skin. If you can smell perfume, it isn’t us.
✅The Full-Bottle Promise
What people say about other serums: “The bottle came empty. Bottle was only like 60% full - rip-off. I now have two full bottles I can’t get anything out of.”
Our promise: Every bottle filled to the line, sealed, and batch-checked, with a dropper that actually works - or we replace it free, no questions asked. And because we ship directly to you from our facility, we can guarantee the quality control.
✅The Real-Value Promise
What people say about other serums: “So tiny yet so expensive. More bottle than product.”
Our promise: Honest fill, honest strength, with clear, transparent ingredients that all work as a system to repair, restore & revitalize your skin again.

Can anybody vouch for this?
Hey… It’s fantastic! I’d honestly given up-every antioxidant I tried either did nothing or left my face red and peeling, and I’ve got a lot of sun damage to work on. Regalia has completely changed that. My spots have genuinely faded rather than been covered up, and it has never once stung. I wear it under my sunscreen. Hopefully, it will help you too.
I bought mine at full price, and now there’s a 40% off? That's not fair!
How long does shipping take??
Hey Amelia, got mine after a week.
I bought this serum for my wife, who grew up on the beach in the seventies and had pretty much accepted the sun spots as permanent. She’s been feeling defeated about it for months. A couple of months in, her skin is noticeably more even and she actually enjoys her routine again. She still nags me about my own sunscreen. Just happy for her sake.
Hey, this serum is what you need instead of expensive treatments.
Wow, this looks amazing! I’ve just ordered a bottle now!
Did you buy it? How long does it take to get it?
For me, it was 5 business days.
I should have bought it earlier. It’s so nice to finally have something gentle in Regalia actually working on my skin. I use it every morning and night, and it’s made a huge difference-my cheeks look plumper and my fine lines have visibly softened.
Wow, looks amazing. Does anyone actually have some and has it been tested?
The serum is really light and easy to apply, and I love how gentle it is on my skin. The bakuchiol in Regalia works wonders, especially on my neck and the backs of my hands-no stinging, no flaking, my neck line looks fresher and firmer. 😇 🔥
I just ordered mine! Cannot wait for it.
I need this, I’m gonna buy some this weekend when my paycheck hits lol!!
Does anyone know how long the shipping takes? Want to buy some for my friend.
Hey Margaret, mine arrived after about a week.
Your friend will be happy!
The serum is really light, so you can wear it day and night, even under makeup. Cheaper than clinic treatments, and does exactly what it says. It’s a great product with fast shipping!
Love this serum totally!
I was a skeptic... but I bought a bottle and was positively surprised. This is worth it. I’ve been struggling with sagging and dull, crepey skin for a while, and it was starting to affect my confidence. Regalia helped me out a lot. My skin looks so much firmer and smoother now. Thank you to the company who made this.
I absolutely love my Regalia serum! I had to order another bottle for my daughter today since she won’t stop using mine!
OMG, I know! I was so happy they still had some in stock today. I had to order a bottle immediately before they run out again like last time.
